CallRail Causing Issues
If you have Callrail’s form tracking feature enabled (a paid add on of their main call tracking tool), then it’s likely this is messing with Attributer’s ability to write the attribution data to the hidden fields on your forms.
So in order for Attributer to work effectively on your site, you’ll need to disable External Form Tracking in Callrail.
To do this, simply follow the instructions below:
- Login to your Callrail account
- Click Tracking at the top of the page.
- Select External Forms in the left menu.
- If External Form tracking is enabled, the Disable External Forms button will appear in the help well in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.
It’s also worth noting that CallRail’s form tracking feature is a paid feature that you are likely paying for on top of the standard call tracking feature, so it may be worth downgrading your account if you’re not using it to save some money.
